Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Legal, Information System, or Computer Science.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Compliance, Legal, Risk or Data Protection, especially in finance/banking industry. Having certification in Data Protection is a plus.
- Understand the protection regulations of the PDP Law.
- Good communication and presentation skill.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Assist in analyzing the company's data protection risks and policies and ensure the implementation of policies in line with data security standards.
- Conduct privacy impact assessments (PIAs) and data protection impact assessments (DPIAs) to identify risks in processing activities.
- Prepare reports related to data security and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct awareness programs and promotion of a culture of protection of personal data.
- Liaison officer to regulators regarding the implementation of Personal Data Protection.
