Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance/Banking
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as operational risk/internal audit in banking industry
- Experience leading RCSA, KRI, LED, BCP, and BIA implementation teams and projects
- Having a Risk Management Certification Level 4
- Good communication, time management and analytical skill
Responsibilities
- Establish, manage and implement operational risk tools such as KRI, RCSA, LED
- Establish, manage and implement Business Continuity Management (BCM), Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and Business Impact Analysis (BIA)
- Review and update policy and procedure in operational risk department
- Provide advice or recommendation regarding operational risk to other working unit
- Prepare internal and external reports related to operational risk management
